The people we care for and support require assistance across a range of times including daytime, evenings and weekends and it is essential that you have the flexibility to work any of these shifts on a rota basis. They also require their staff to be able to fully participate in their lives, and driving their vehicles or going on holiday may be part of this. Two of the posts involve personal care and supporting people with physical and complex needs.
Whilst not essential you have experience in care work, it is essential you have the enthusiasm, values and commitment to support people.
We invest in sector essential training, free DBS, discretionary bonus scheme and childcare tax vouchers.
