Full-time Response Worker (39 hours)
Would you like to join our team in the Rochdale communities as a Response Worker? The role is full time (39 hours) plus sleep in duties and some compulsory overtime. In return you will receive a generous rate of £12.19 per hour for your waking hours. Your work will supplement that of our existing teams as a response to planned and unplanned staff absence and shortages.
You must be an experienced worker who has supported people who experience learning disability, physical disability, mental health care needs and autism. This work requires you to be a resilient person with stamina who is happy to work alone or as part of a team. You’ll have set rest days and get a rota a short-time in advance of your duties. You will also be required to take on additional work (over-time) in a responsive manner at short notice as part of your duties.
You must be a driver with your own car and business insurance, but also be happy to drive the vehicles of people you support.
