We are looking for motivated people to help others lead a more fulfilling and rewarding life. Link-ability supports people with learning disabilities, physical and sensory impairment and/or mental health problems to be inclusive members of their community. We give them the practical help and support they need to live the life they choose.

Salary £6.50 - £7.50

Link-ability helps people with learning disabilities to live their own lives by

— helping people find accommodation in partnership with Housing Providers
— care and personal support
— tailored to individuals
— where people want to live
— in or around Chorley and South Ribble


Link-ability have dedicated staff working with

— individuals with disabilities
— their families
— Health Authorities and health workers
— Social Services
— the voluntary sector

to give learning disabled people their own place in the community
